Terms and conditions

1. Emotional Training

  1. Welcome to Emotional Training. The follosing terms and conditions are meant to prevent any misunderstanding about using the site, and to foster relationships that are based on mutual trust and respect. You are invited to contact us in order to help us improve the site and re-formulate terms that are not clearly stated.
  2. Surfers who use the site must declare that they accept and undertake the terms and conditions of this site and that they will make no claims against the site's owner.
  3. Emotional Training is dedicated to online training and learning. Emotions are physical responses to stimuli from reality, and in this site there is no affinity between emotions and the mystical term 'mind' or any spiritual definition. All services on this site relate only to the detailed definitions presented in Chapters 2 and 3.
  4. The site is open to registered members and to all surfers, but the services are limited only to those who have reached the age of 18. Each user must declare before using this site that he or she read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions, and that he or she will make no claims either directly or through a representative against the site's owner.

2. Online training and learning

  1. Emotional training is not by any means 'treatment' and consists solely of various kinds of emotional suppport, based on processes undergone by the client, not the therapist. The term 'Emotional training' is related only to the definitions described in Dr. Dror Green's book, Emotional Training.
  2. Therefore, online training on this site may not be considered 'treatment' or 'therapy', but rather emotional support, according to the personal and subjective approach of every professional that supplies his or her services on this site. The conditions for conducting online training on this site are a) the client is responsible for any emotional change; and b) the trainer role is to create a safe place for the client to enable this process.
  3. The online training on this site is not a substitute for any medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. The services on this site offer support and consultation so that clients can help and strengthen themselves without any external manipulation on the part of the therapist.
  4. The site creates links between professionals (emotional trainers) and clients, but is not responsible for the results of the services they provide. Every professional must take responsibility according to the ethical guidelines of the site.

3.  Single consultations

  1. Surfers who are interested in the  method of Emotional Training and read Dr. Dror Green's book, can have a single consultation with the aothor, concerning his book. 
  2. The experts will supply the knowledge at their disposal, but the clients are responsible for the manner in which they interpret this knowledge and apply it.
  3. Consultation on the site is not a substitute for any medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. The services on this site offer information and consultation so that clients can learn and practice Emotional Training by themselves.
  4. The site creates links between professionals (emotional trainers) and clients, but is not responsible for the results of the services they provide. Every professional must take responsibility according to the ethical guidelines of the site.

4. Terms of participation

  1. Any surfer can use this site in accordance with its terms and conditions. The option to use the services on the site regarding Emotional Training, is limited to those who are 18 years old or above.
  2. Only valid credit card holderss can utilize the services on this site.
  3. The site can cancel membership or services for any user who violates terms and conditions, disturbs the site's functioning or abuses other users. Users are responsible for any damage that might occur as a result of using of the site, including legal expenses.
  4. The site and its owners can change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, interrupt its activity for maintenance purpose or change its character. The users will not have the right to make claims against the site or its owner in light of such changes.
  5. The site may cease providing services at any time.

5. User details

  1. In order to register the site or undergo the payment process,  users are obliged to type the following private information: name, identity card number, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card details.
  2. Users must undertake to provide correct details, since the delivery of false information could result in legal action and damage claims on the part of the site.
  3. Credit card details will not be retained on the site, but will be transferred directly to PayPal site.

6. Payments

  1.  All payments will be made by credit card on the PayPal site.
  2. If for any reason clients do not receive the service, payment will be refunded in full.

7. Service

  1.  Payment for training or learning refer only to the time of the service, and not to any result of the service. If the expert was present at the time of the service, this means that the client received the service, even if for some reason the client was unable to participate.
  2. A client may cancel or change the time of the service only if such an option is explicitly stipulated in the agreement between expert and client.
  3. The site is not responsible for the quality of service.

8. Confidentiality

Additional to the ethical code of the site, which promises confidentiality regarding all kinds of online training and learning, personal details will on no occasion be transferred to any third party, unless demanded by law. In such cases, the clients will receive notification in order to afford them the opportunity to prevent it.
